Hearth and Grill Sales, LLC provides services to you subject to the following conditions. By visiting or shopping at Hearthsidedistributors.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Hearthsidedistributors.com sells products to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may only use Hearthsidedistributors.com with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Hearthsidedistributors.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated for residents of the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. For orders in Hawaii or Alaska, please call for a freight quote before ordering. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. Allow one week for delivery to most destinations.
Risk of Damage
UPS Ground Orders: Hearth and Grill Sales, LLC covers all damage on UPS Ground orders, with shipping insurance included at no charge. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of product delivery.
LTL Freight: Hearth and Grill Sales, LLC also covers damage on LTL Freight orders, with shipping insurance included. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of product delivery.
Returns
Items sold by Hearthsidedistributors.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned items. The return policy also applies to products refused upon delivery. Hearthside pays the return shipping cost and waives the re-stocking fee if the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-returnable items include:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Installed items or items not in the original carton.
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
- Special order products such as Elmira Stove or Heartland Stove products.
Cancellation Fee
A 10% cancellation fee will be assessed on all canceled orders or any portion of an order canceled before shipping. If the product ships prior to cancellation, customers are responsible for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as the re-stocking fee.
Defective Merchandise
Merchandise that becomes defective within the warranty period is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. Replacement parts may be provided. In most cases, defective items are returned directly to the manufacturer, and credit is issued once the manufacturer processes the return. This process may take 3 to 4 weeks.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to Tennessee addresses. Orders shipping to other states are tax-exempt.
Local Codes and Regulations
It is the consumer’s responsibility to research and ensure the purchased products can be used locally. Returned items are subject to our return policies.

Collections
A 30% collection fee applies to uncollectible accounts, including purchases made with invalid credit cards or credit card stop payments that violate our terms.
