Subscibers of the pre-season service agreement will receive a 30 day labor extended warranty on the product serviced, only if the product was originally sold by Cleveland Gas Products, Hearthside, BearMan or Access.
Defects found at the time of the service are not covered by this program. The 30 day warranty will begin once the product has been restored to working order.
This warranty does not cover claims and liability for damage to property or personal injury to customer or any person or persons resulting from use of the serviced product.
Products available for service under this contract are:
Gas Logs, Vent Free Space Heaters, Cast Iron Stoves, Fireplaces and Gas Lights.
Central Gas Furnaces and Water Heaters are not included in this program.
