Jensen Jarrah Patio Furniture
The Busselton Jetty is the ultimate testimonial to the strength and durability of jarrah timber. Constructed at the turn of the century from locally grown jarrah timber, the jetty, which stretches over a mile into the Indian Ocean, has withstood the test of time. The same managed timber resource, located in the temperate regions of south Western Australia, is used today to craft our exclusive Jensen Jarrah furniture.

Jarrah is a remarkable Australian Hardwood. Its natural properties include a high resistance to weather, rot, termites and marine borers which make it ideally suited for outdoor applications. The wood from a jarrah tree is fine grained and varies in color from a rich reddish brown to a soft salmon pink. When seasoned by the weather the exposed surface of jarrah wood naturally oxidizes to a characteristic silver grey color. This however is only skin deep as the full color spectrum always remains in the body of the wood.
